My home is a well lived-in original sunny timber beach house with big treed yard in a beach side suburb. There are a few pot plants that will want water and mail collected but animal care is top priority. Animals will come in and out during the day; dog sleeps outside and fed twice a day with porridge after her morning walk. One bed room is available for you. Milton the cat comes and goes and will probably wake you up quite early, best you are an early riser. Lucy is a medium size border collie who likes exercise and attention and two beaches are off leash before 8am and after 4pm; on leash other times. Currimundi beach is off leash all day. As well as the local area beaches within walking distance there are nice walks, restaurants and cafes and this house/pet sit would best suit a quiet person who wishes to relax within the area close at hand and not looking to work (unless you write) or tour about for hours.
