I'm looking for a housesitter or sitter at my beautiful roomy beachside house near Bateman's Bay NSW Australia.

Dates approx 12 July  2018 for just under 3 weeks...

All petfood supplied and firewood.

Sitters asked not to run electric heaters for prolonged periods.

 You would need to be comfortable with easygoing dog and cat  inside some of the time ( not the chooks!) and at night. The cat and dog are also on the couch at  times etc. There is a docile, easygoing clipped Afghan Hound ,who likes company, a few chooks , and a shy cat

 .I am looking for a sitter, preferably a real animal lover ,mature retired couple with a refs and police check to water garden pots . ( very occasionally) 

The 2 storey  house is 3 to 4 bedrooms  with carports underneath the house , screened sunroom/ dining room , verandahs front and back,and  3 bathrooms. We are 2 minutes walk from  beautiful pristine beaches. Filtered water views. Main bedroom with ensuite. The house is spacious , sunny with 2 living areas. It also has gas cooking and a powerful slow combustion wood heater.

Foxtel .New aircons (split) one in bedroom and one in lounge area.It is a quiet area with an unspoilt beach , cafes, pleasant walking conditions and  a  small shopping centre within a few mins walk and a larger shopping area  5 mins drive away. There is parking spaces on off /driveways and carport underneath house. 

A car ( not included) will be necessary for the sitter but there are local route buses on a restricted schedule to get around on.
