Comfortable 4bedroom, 2bathroom house situated 1km out of Beechworth heading toward Stanley. House on a 1acre block with established garden beds including orchard of various fruit trees so some watering would be required depending on weather. We also have an elderly blueheeler cross family pet called Mojo who likes lots of attention and love. Mojo enjoys a good walk, preferably daily. Mojo is deaf and has some medical issues.

We also have Poultry that require letting out in am and locking up at night.

Lots of bush walks available in this beautiful area of the North East of Victoria. Beechworth is a popular tourist attraction with great shopping, speciality shops and a variety of places to eat. Numerous places to visit close by that won't disappoint.

Primarily our purpose in seeking a House sitter is to find a person who has a genuine interest in providing the care that our precious aging companion Mojo, requires.
