My two bedroom villa is 500 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the lake. Woolworths is a kilometre away. It is a quiet area. My tabby grandcat is about 17. She is now deaf and has arthritis. She is quite talkative and loves a warm lap. She loves a little bit of patting but not too much. As she is so old, I do not like to leave her overnight. The courtyard will require watering.
