Four bedroom home in good repair - although not modern. Good size garden and lovely weather proof outdoor patio area. our home is a 20 min walk from the beach, only minutes away from easy access to major freeway to Perth, shopping centres, movies, train station, bus stop and restaurants. air conditioned with ceiling fans. comfortably furnished with modern tv etc.

we have three small, friendly no fuss indoor dogs that love attention, have loving natures, don't need daily walking and have no medical conditions.

we'd prefer a mature single or couple who loves animals, is not looking for all the mod cons and is likely to spend some time at the house during the day.

house sitting requirement - water patio plants, keep house clean and feed and love dogs daily - walk once a week. Will have access for neighbours and friends in case of emergency (unlikely)
