Located in stunning regional Victoria on the Gippsland Lakes, we have a modern open plan living home set on 12 acres. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, generous size bedroom, electric blanket, wood fire and split cycle. Beautiful north aspect to let, with large windows to let the sun in on those stunning winters days.

Wi-fi is available, but limited TV, we don't; have any pay channels.

Metung is a quaint village located on the Gippsland lakes, about a 5km drive from the house.

We have quiet a number of animals who are considered family, so an animal lovers only need apply. One loveable working dog who sleeps inside and will try to sleep on your bed, which we highly discourage, she also normally insists on 5 minutes of morning cuddles. She gets plenty of exercise around the property so doesn't need any extra exercise.

Our cat is super affectionate as well. We have a lot os chickens and a lot of foxes, so the chickens need to be let out and locked up on a daily basis. Some are beautiful heritage breeds and all are considered family pets.

We have horse and ponies as well, but your involvement in the horses and ponies only is really only limited to checking them twice a day, filling water troughs and being able to recognise if a vet needs calling. We also have great reliable neighbours that you can call on if needed.
