Needing a last minute housesitter as the one I had lined up had to cancel at the last minute.

I have a small, but clean and neat 3 bedroom home, with two miniature poodles who need taking care of. Any potential housesitters must love dogs! They have free reign of the house and sleep in the main bedroom (usually on the bed). They are clean and don't shed hair.

The house has Foxtel, super fast cable internet which I will give you access to, and an xbox for the young (or young at heart). The main bedroom is air-conditioned. You are welcome to help yourself to any food in the fridge or pantry, however, the fridge will be fairly empty when I leave.

I am in a very safe area, set back off the street. There is a service station, Chinese restaurant, and fish and chip shop nearby. A larger shopping centre with a Coles supermarket is about a ten minute walk (two minute drive) away. There are some bus stops nearby, but I am unsure how frequent the public transport is.

I have no expectations of 'things to be done' other than feeding and watering the dogs (and taking them for walks/to the dog park if you are inclined to do so - not essential), and leaving the house in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Oh, and putting the bins out on bin day :)
