We have a dog named Smudge (Lab/Retriever) who is an outside dog & will need feeding & water & some play. She sleeps in a crate at night near the house, covered with a blanket & remains quiet all night. In the mornings, we let her out of the yard to play in the paddocks.

We have 2 horses- Buck & Stickers who are in a nearby paddock. They require their water checked & topped up daily & we usually give them some kibble in the evening near the fence as a treat.

No other requirements.

We will leave the house clean & neat & simply ask it stays that way.

We are close to the vineyards in the Hunter Valley-25mins, in addition to a 45 min drive to Newcastle city.
