We live in a semi that is a few minutes walk to Bondi Rd shops, cafes & restaurants and 24 hour bus services to the city or trains from Bondi Junction interchange. Bondi Beach is 10 minutes walk one way and Bronte the other;Tamarama Beach is down the steps at end of our street and a good workout on the way back. We would prefer an older person or couple who are cat lovers as Shady is an elderly but independent chap now and needs feeding small amounts often. His nickname is The Master. The garden is the other consideration as it will need watering daily.
