We are a professional couple looking for experienced sitter(s) . Home is an 1890 double fronted brick Victorian that was extensively restored, modernised and extended in 2006. It is located in a quiet residential street, lined with established trees and is very well serviced by public transport, shopping centres, parks, food markets, cafes, bars and restaurants . There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a small en suite, a study, lounge, reading room, large open plan kitchen/dining, large fully tiled bathroom, attached studio and garage plus an additional off street park space. The house is very secure, and it has a lovely protected walled garden at the rear.

We require experienced house/dog sitter(s) to love and exercise our friendly 7yr old female white Shepherd, Violet. To care for our home and maintain our small largely self contained garden.

We would expect both parties to sign a standard house sit agreement. Sitter(s) to provide references with Ph contact details, license or similar ID and preferably a current Police check .
