The most important thing is to care for my 2 dogs. One is 9 years old and the other is 8.5 years old. They are both healthy and a little needy (they are spoiled). The younger dog is fairly rambunctious when it comes to going on walks or being exercised, so needs someone who is confident with dogs and walking them. They are both well behaved but get anxious when i take them to a boarding facility, hence my preference to have them looked after in my own home. They love to sit wherever you are and sleep on my bed overnight.

Besides my 2 dogs, I simply ask that my mail is collected, the bins are taken out and my home is left in the same clean condition it is found.

I live in a beachside suburb and the beach is very very close. I love living where i do. It has a lovely village feel. The supermarket and cafes/restaurants are a leisurely 5-10 minute walk away. There are a number of parks opposite the beach very close.

My home is a 2 storey town house (15 years old) with a small back yard. Although it is a 3 bedroom home, I only have one bedroom setup (upstairs), with a queen size bed, so this assignment would best suit up to 2 people. One of the other rooms is setup as a study. I live in a block of 4 townhouses and we are all owner occupiers. And I should say, I do not have a TV and I don't smoke.
