We have a Russian Blue (indoor) cat, a fishtank with tropical/freshwater fish, and 4 chooks. The cat is very easy to care for - fed twice a day and litter cleaned out at night. She's friendly, likes to play and is quite hypoallergenic. The fish need feeding twice a day. Chooks let out and locked up each night (mandatory to protect them from foxes). Plants will also need watering.

We are located walking distance to Mornington's Main Street. You can also walk to the lovely beaches nearby in Mornington. The house is only 200m away is Jetts gym and there is a petrol station, eatery and fast food restaurants close by.

Our house is single-level, 3 bedroom, 2 modern bathrooms with new kitchen. It has gardens around it and lots of parking (but no carport/garage). There is a remote-controlled front gate and another pedestrian gate (lockable). The house is next door to a childcare centre and chiropractor.

We expect house sitters to be clean, tidy, non-smokers who will look after the house and pay attention to the details.
