Our home is a waterfront property with pontoon, 3 bedroom, ducted air conditioning, 2 bathrooms. We don’t have any pets and would like a couple to look after our home and our low maintenance lawns and gardens. We are 5 minutes to beach and clubs. 15 minutes from Gold Coast airport. Non smokers please, retired or semi retired would suit. We have 2 x kayaks for use on the water. It’s a very pleasant relaxing home. You will feel like you are on holidays.
