Requirements
We have a comfortable house on 158 acres. There is a menagerie of animals, 3 dogs, a cat, chickens, sheep, alpacas, parrots & 7 horses to feed. It's 10 mins to Dungog, a lively country town, 35 mins to Maitland & approx an hour to Newcastle. Wifi provided in the house.
