Hi, we live on 30 acres in an area called Eppalock, which is about 20 km from the lovely country town of Bendigo in Victoria. We are also about 20 mins drive from Lake Eppalock which is a great place if you are into water sport e.g. Water skiing, sailing, fishing etc. Bendigo is a lovely place with still functioning gold mines and there is so much history here. There is a top notch art gallery, museum and a terrific theatre which has some wonderful events and plays etc.

We have 2 dogs, 4 cats, 3 chooks, a rooster, 3 guinea fowl and an aviary of mixed birds e.g. Parrots, budgies, finches etc. we don't run any stock on the property, but there is plenty room to go bird watching, if interested in the beautiful birds around the place.

We would really love someone who likes peace and quiet yet great facilities around them if they want some excitement. Ideally, we would like the person/persons to come here a couple of days before we leave to become familiar with the routine with the furries and feathered friends.

We would love to hear from suitable applicants and can supply photos - easier to send direct to applicants as I have a lot to share!!
