Looking for a single lady house sitter to look after my home, my lovable, friendly dog Harley (Maltese X), a couple of small parrots and my small garden in the seaside suburb of Frankston - the gateway to the popular Mornington Peninsula. Comfortable townhouse accommodation in a great location (near the Frankston Hospital) which is close to freeway, shops, parks and only minutes drive from the beach and train station - walking distance to bus stops. Has its own driveway (two houses on block both with separate drives) with off street parking available in my garage (I'll be taking my car) or in driveway. Duties would include feeding dog and walking daily, keeping an eye on birds who will need a top up of water and seed plus watering of garden pots (no grass to mow). I haven't booked my trip so I'm flexible with dates (can book a few days later if needed but will be away for around 2.5 to 3 weeks). Sorry no children and looking for a single lady to house sit as that's what my dog is use to (I've always had a lady before and works well for both of us). Also need someone who I can meet prior to the house sit as that's always the process I've used (need someone with good references and a recent police check).
