We live approximately 12 kms to the north west of Gidgegannup 6083, Western Australia - just off the Toodyay Road. About 60kms from the centre of Perth, WA. The house is a large 4 x 3 + 2 powder rooms + Office, modern (classic style) on 5 acres. Mostly natural bush with lots of native birds, kangaroos, wildlife, etc. Garden is fully reticulated. No lawn mowing. just one elderly Burmese (very spoiled) Cat to look after. He is very "talkative" and comes-and-goes through his owns "door", so no litter to clean/change. But beware. He likes to bring the wildlife inside as his "gift" for you - then lets them run / fly free around the house! But never hurts them. It's then your "job" to catch and free them again - without harm!
