We own a beautiful newly renovated house on 1,8 acre of land. It's a two level house. You will have the whole upper floor with a huge veranda for indoor/outdoor living: large living area with open kitchen, one bedroom, one office, one nursery, bathroom and toilet. There are two more bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs for you to use if necessary. You are surrounded by nature in all four directions, there is a street running behind the house though with light traffic. There is also a large pool (13 m) for you to swim your laps in.

We do have a beautiful cat, so would like you to bring your own pets only if compatible with a cat.

There is a granny flat downstairs which is rented out at the moment.

What we would like you to take care of:

- feed our lovely cat

- mow the grass on our ride on mower (once in two weeks)

- go around the yard with the whipper snipper (once in two weeks)

- add some acid to our pool once a week and make sure the creepy crawler is working

- keep the house clean

- water a few flowers

It is only ten minutes to the beach, shopping and restaurant area. You will need a car though to get there.
