Both friendly and harmless, dog would need a daily walk and there's a huge nature reserve at the bottom of the street that backs into the George's River and has great running and walking tracks.

10 minutes walk to train station and a 30minute train ride to the CBD, 40 minutes to Bondi Junction and 20 minutes to Cronulla Station. Close to drive to Royal National Park, and great base to explore Sydney.
