House is fine not much to be done No children please as dogs not used to them prefer non smoker but as long as you dont smoke in house it is okay,there are four Working Border Collie dogs to feed and exercise past house sitters have just let them run in paddock at back of house and they dont leave but like all sheep dogs must be watched while loose.There is also a hawk who if he has chicks likes to get a bit of meat and an Antichinus who likes a bit of chicken meat I've never seen him or her and some times there is a little blue wren who likes to get a bit of the dogs mince about the size of a grain of rice but you dont have to feed these if you dont want they are not given enough to rely on it.Good internet access and a half dozen pot plants to water.If you would like to stay after I get back and have a look around I would be happy to drive with you or lend you a car for day trips if you are a mature age driver with a clean record.
