We have a big 4x2 home in Country Road Estate, Busselton, on a larger block, native gardens is retic, very comfy QS guest bed (plus elec blanket) and large guest bathroom (with bath) and separate loo avail to you. We require walking our 2 senior jack russell cross dogs for about 15-20 mins twice each day, giving them snax and feeding them each night of course. They are allowed on the lounges and are spoilt! Its a beautiful walk around our estate looking at all the big homes and lovely gardens, lots of retired couples and grey nomads live in our Estate or 2km away is the beautiful scenic beaches of Geographe Bay, WA. Two VERY shy strictly indoor cats also live here (which we may board at the cattery) and our budgies need fresh water and food daily. Two budgies are tame and one talks. A few indoor plants need watering once per week. We dont have Foxtel or Netflix so you'll need to love reading or cooking or knitting or something as we'd like you to be home alot as these 2 old dogs are quite anxious. We have a lovely theatre with a large tv if you love dvds (you can bring your own or join our local Library for free) Pref you're only out each day exploring our beautiful region for about 4-5 hours max. They are pretty anxious dogs and LOVE people being home. (I only work pt time so am home alot.) Dunsborough is only 20mins down the road too, lots of nice wineries around, Yallingup is a nice drive from Busselton too. A new farmers market is only a short walk away now. Lovely neighbours willing to help or answer any queries and like company for an afternoon cuppa! We'd love to meet you before hand and perhaps have a trial weekend to help ease our pets into this.
