our house is set on 40 beautiful private acres in a very quiet area. the local town is 13 km away and well appointed. beyond the town is the sunshine coast, rainbow beach, tin can bay, noosa etc. there are no requirements with the house or garden however we have a bunch of animals including 6 chickens, 5 horses, 4 cows and 2 dogs which require monitoring and feeding.
