We have an upstairs and downstairs house - the downstairs is set up like a little air bnb. It isn't but its a sort of self contained studio, with ensuite, kitchen area but no stove... we have a gas BBQ outside, we have TV and WIFI etc. We want someone to baby sit the cat - she is very independent, just needs feeding.
