I'm looking for someone or a couple to keep my two Staffies company for 3 weeks, while I am overseas.

There are also four Pythons in the house, but they will not require much attention.

The dogs, Texas and Lana, being staffies are very human friendly.

TEXAS has more sense of self and is gentler. He loves playing rope (more 'try take it off me' rope, but there can are also be epic tug of war episodes).

LANA is more needy and can be a little forceful. She still jumps when unsure and has no sense of self. She is in continuous training as she is reactive to dogs that encroach her space and when unsure she will pull on the lead.

WALKING

Walks are twice a day, and between 30-60mins each.

To limit 'Dogs off lead' encounters, I walk them on set streets and will provide a map with the 'green' areas. However, you will still need to be alert and 'on' when walking them. Walking is THEIR time and I walk them for them, not for me.

I walk them together on a connected lead, but they can be walked separately if you have the time to do so.

FEEDING

They get dry food twice a day (after walk) and they get tied up for meals and left alone for 10-15mins to eat. They get a dental stick after the PM feed.

**Please Note This**

Meal-time process must be followed and you CANNOT eat outside around them.

NIGHT TIME

They sleep inside, on beds in the lounge room. They are only allowed in the lounge room.

If you are at home during the day and it is cold/wet, then they can come inside to 'bed'. If they start walking around then it is straight outside.

The PYHTONS:

Sersi, Chilli, Kai and Obe are all fairly relaxed and will care of themselves.

Once a week their water bowls will need to be cleaned and filled up (I do this on a Sunday). If they poo, it will need to be picked up. So, you need to be happy with putting your hand in their enclosures, but you will not need to handle them.

The HOUSE: has ducted heating, NBN, and a modern kitchen. You will have a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and the lounge has TV and Xbox.

The garden lives despite us and should not required anything over the time, besides a poo pick up or two each week.

The house is a 10-15min walk into town along by the lake.

30min drive to Wangaratta, 45-60min drive to Mansfield, Beechworth, Rutherglen, Shepparton.
