I have a single storey comfy home perched on top of a hill a short walk to a lovely patrolled dog friendly beach with a surf club and cafe at beautiful Forster NSW. 1 big playful dog who loves fetch, 1 lil friendly dog who loves chasing birds and 1 old lazy cat. The dogs like a daily walk, pats and some ball throwing and tug a war. The cat likes pats, being brushed and needs medication and will probably keep to himself on my bed. Nice street, gardens and decks, outdoor shower and some ocean views. Short drive to shops, brewery, golf, fishing, cafes, clubs, lake/channel, pools, headlands for whale and dolphin watching. 2 spare bedrooms to choose from, both with b/ins. The bigger one opens onto the back deck. The dogs sleep and get fed outside in the garage, the cat has a cat door to go outside. Use kayak, SUPs, tennis racquets, BBQ and fishing gear as well as unlimited internet and Netflix
