My partner and I live in a spacious 3BR house in Kew, VIC and are going overseas for about a month. We require a house sitter just to insure the property is not targeted for a break in, to collect mail or packages, and to start the car occasionally so the battery does not go flat. We have no pets and no lawns to care for. Watering of indoor plants also required. Enjoy the lovely back yard with BBQ. Three minute walk to bus stop that takes you to the CBD in 20 minutes. Walk to Willsmere Village shops (5 min) and Kew Junction (20 min). Uncovered driveway parking available. Ideally we want a single person or couple over 35. Absolutely no pets and no parties.
