Older renovated airconditioned house is on 516 scenic acres running beef cattle a quad bike or 4X4 ute is available to check them occasionaly ( no work shouild be required ). We have two dogs to be feed and entertained, a two year old Lab who is very active and an old border collie X who is still very active for his age. We have substantial garden which has not been well cared for you are welcome to do some gardening but definately not essential.

Lots of bird life, platypus in creek, lizards etc
