I am looking for house sitter/dog sitter to look after 2 dogs while we are away in Japan for a month.

Non-smoking house is suitable for a single person, a couple or a family with one child.

Modern 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom townhouse (King Bed Upstairs + Queen Bed Downstairs) located directly across the road from Middle Footscray train station. Only 15 mins public transport to CBD / 3 stops to Southern Cross. 3 mins walk to Seddon Shopping Strip full of boutique shops. Closest coffee is Common Galaxia cafe only 200m away. If you love gourmet cooking, Footscray Market is only 15 mins walk away (or catch train 1 stop).

Kitchen is fully equipped along with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer also provided. Unlimited Fast NBN Wifi. Smart TV to watch Netflix or YouTube. Sonos speakers around the home. Reverse cycle air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room.

Dog #1: Jack is 13 year old Silky Terrier/Maltese.

Dog #2: Chloe is 9 year old Staffy/Jack Russell.

Be great if the dogs can get a 2x15mins walk daily or 30 mins walk as they can get quite agitated/naughty if not exercised every day. If you have the time, they would absolutely love to be taken to the beach or dog park for an off-lead run around.
