We are looking for house sitters to look after our beautiful home and our 3 fabulous dogs, for the 7 week period as shown.

We will be about for the first 3 days to assist the sitter to settle in.

The house is a large comfortable Californian Bungalow, with a separate bedroom, ensuite and living space for the sitter(s). The house has all modern conveniences, including Internet, wifi, heating/cooling etc. It is located in Yarrawonga township, just 150 metres to Lake Mulwala and it's beautiful foreshore and only a 5 minute walk to downtown Yarrawonga and its shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels. There are several medical clinics in town and the hospital is actually only 300 metres from our home. Three licensed clubs and 63 championship holes of golf are within a 5 minute drive. The sights of the Murray River and the Rutherglen wine region are within half an hour car drive.

Our garden is low-maintenance and requires only a little tending by the sitters.

Our 3 dogs are Cindy ( 7 year old female Jack Russell / Maltese), Monkey ( 8 year old male Poodle/Maltese) and Almo ( 3 year old male Keeshond). All are well behaved and love their daily walks and just being around you. They are great car- travellers and would also enjoy your local tripping-about.

We are looking for sitters who are experienced, naturally clean and tidy, house proud and non-smokers. Sorry but no other pets or children are welcome. We also seek that you be fairly fit and active as the dogs enjoy their walks, at least twice per day. Almo is a medium size dog of about 20 kg weight and is quite strong, whereas Cindy and Monkey are about 7 kgs each.

This sit would be ideal for a fit and energetic couple who seek the great late winter - early spring climate, which Yarrawonga is famed for.
