We live a 15 minute drive from Gloucester closer to the coast than west. It's in a beautiful peaceful valley on 300+ acres with fabulous views. Our home is very comfortable being only a year old with ducted air, foxtel, excellent Telstra coverage, etc. Your guest suite has a king bed, ensuite and tv. We have 2 cats & 6 horses requiring very little care but 2 Shetland ponies that need to be put back in their stable each afternoon and let out the next morning. The gardens would also need watering please.
