Front unit of 3. Quiet street cafe on corner close to shops and parks. 15 mins to city by car, 30 mins by bus. Small courtyard with plants and fish pond. Small front garden mostly natives, irrigated. Daughter will do mowing and pruning if needed. 1 lazy cat, not a lap sitter but does like a belly rub and cuddle occasionally. Requires fish oil twice a week, easily administered.
