Our home is only a 10 to 15 minutes easy drive into Launceston. We live on a small acreage in a quiet, safe area. We have a large garden that will not require any attention but you are more than welcome to do some gardening if you wish. We have one big, placid, girly dog and two cats that live inside at night. One of the cats requires medicated cream applied to her ear evening and night for a thyroid condition. We also have two chooks that require feeding daily. If there are any eggs you are welcome to them. My friend walks the dog daily so you are not obligated to walk her unless you wish. There are two horses aggisted in the paddocks but they are looked after by their owner who visits daily.

Our home is on a flat block and is warmed by a wood heater. Please no smokers.
