6 rescue chickens, two old alpacas. No gardening.

Semi-rural 1940's bungalow on 1.3 acres within easy walking distance to the small town of Bindoon, 50km to historical New Norcia, 52km to Toodyay and approx 80km (1 hour) from Perth.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom (with large bath and separate shower), large farm style kitchen, lounge and dining room. There is a washing machine and microwave available. The house has wooden floors and french doors in the main rooms which overlook a wide timber verandah and garden. TV and DVD player with many DVD's are available.

There are a lot of trees, a vegetable garden on automatic reticulation (help yourself to veges if there are any), deep pond with fish (no care required), two friendly old alpacas (super easy to take care of) and six friendly rescue chickens (you can help yourself to the eggs as well).

All food for the animals will be provided - you just need to make sure that the chickens and alpacas have plenty of clean water (the alpacas have a self-watering system set up however you need to check it daily), feed the chickens and alpacas each day and make sure that the gates and chicken coop are secured each evening. The chickens can free range in the afternoons if you like - they will return to their perch in the chicken house when the sun goes down. The alpacas like to wander around the garden and peak through the doors.

No gardening required.

No children please due to a deep, un-fenced pond. Definitely no dogs allowed.

A car is needed as even though Bindoon is a tiny town and walk-able, there is no public transport to explore the beautiful Chittering Valley. There is a bus 3-4 times per week between Perth and Bindoon.
