The house is 4 by 2 with a carport for 2 vehicles and is located 3 km's (5 minutes drive) from city centre and 1 km from the beach.

Short walk to : 2 shopping centres, restaurants, tavern, medical centre, library, sport facilities, parklands, bus stop, service station and fast food outlets. Quiet area with friendly neigbours.

We don't have any pets but normally feed the native birds in the back courtyard area.

We wish the house and native garden to be kept in a tidy condition.

The house is air conditioned and has WiFi and all modern appliances.

Prefer sitter to have no pets or children.

Sitter/Sitters must be non smokers.
