Our home is a older style two story home near a park and small grocery store and cafe you can easily walk to. Bus stops are super close and the train is about 15 minutes away and the river is about 5 minutes walk. We have a 8 year old really small friendly dog (The Chion is a toy dog that is a cross between the Chihuahua and the Papillon) He has no road sense but needs a person around especially at night. We also have a 1 year old super happy friendly Red Cloud Kelpie that needs walks and company as well. The family continues with a manx cat and a Black cat.Both like people but mainly just need feeding and not much else. The front yard needs 15 min of watering every other day. Our 27 year old son (a photographer) and his partner live upstairs . They may be moving soon and are out much of the time and the little dog does not go upstairs so they need a person to care for them and be around at night.

You have two bathrooms, a laundry with washing machine,one bathroom has a bath and a shower and is private and that is yours. You have two bedrooms to choose from downstairs and a large office and living room with Telstra TV such as Netflex,Stan ect. Of course we have a kitchen as well. The living room,bedrooms all have overhead fans and the living room has a portable air con.

We are 10 min or less from both downtown Cottesloe and Fremantle and the beach.

We are looking for a quiet person . Ideal would be a person who is say working on a book or thesis who wants to go for some daily walks in a beautiful area around the Swan River and relax at night with some great tv or just wants to relax. If you are traveling and have a RV our driveway is long enough.

We will be in Bali at a Festival to teach Yoga and Mindfulness and we want to relax that our animals are safe and loved.

Our home is suitable for a couple or just a single person both will work. It is not a flash house but it is big and in a beautiful area .

Free Internet and Netflex and Stan are payed for os have a binge.
