Hi there,

We have a four bedroom off grid home on 17 acres in Little River. Lots of house plants that will need one or two waterings. Pets include 2 dogs, a cat, two geese and three chickens. Veggie garden and four fruit trees that need a bit of water in the mornings (particularly if it's going to be a hot day) from the water tank.

We're very close to the Little River train station and petrol station/general store. Have mountain bikes you can use, but you will need your own vehicle.

Sometimes see tiger snakes on the property, particularly at this time of year, so just something else to be aware of.

Otherwise, we just need someone reliable to hang out and enjoy the view!
