I'm looking for a non smoking animal lover to stay in our 3 bedroom home with all mod cons, terrace and garden with trampoline and pool

Bedding includes King, Queen wall bed, and double loft bed

You would care for 4 personality filled adult burmese cats, a 7 month old Chihuahua puppy

The cats: cinnamon latte monkey and sizzle are inside only but have access to outdoors into a couple of cats runs which extend out into the garden. Like most cats they sleep much of the day, play chasings a few times and will def be up for cuddles.

chai the chihuahua will be 7 months old when you look after her and is very transportable (loves road trips and visits to cafes and parks). At the moment she is very food driven (comes for treats) but is a typical puppy who still has much to learn. She is crate trained and sleeps there as it's her safe place.

Apart from feeding, a daily walk for Chai, additional responsibilities include scooping/topping up cat litter, feeding the worms your leftover greens, collecting mail, watering the garden, and depending on the time of year and on linger sits a little pool maintenance might be necessary.

The bus is 30 seconds walk away and there are shops (butcher, baker, green grocer), restaurants within walking distance. There’s a fab vegetarian cafe on the corner. Parking is on street.

For entertainment there's Apple TV, Netflix, Stan, Xbox and PS4. Internet is NBN.
