We have a very easy going and cute mixed-breed medium-sized dog named Frosty. He's 4 years old, has a great nature and very contented to sit inside for most of the day. He loves a walk - we try to give him at least one 20 min walk a day - as well as lots of pats or cuddles.

Our comfortable timber home is situated in the beautiful Woodend village with easy access to great bakeries, cafes, pubs, as well as hiking and biking trails and much more. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, a recently renovated kitchen and carport. There is good sized living space and a woodheater for cosy winter evenings (and wood supplied). Additional or alternative heating is available with a gas heater and a split system airconditioner. Both the rail station and supermarket are within 400m.
