First time I have every used a House Sitter

Requirements -

Look after my house animals and property. I have 3 cats that sleep inside the house, 2 horses and sometimes I have cattle. The horses will require dinner and hay every night and for their water to be checked daily. Both horses are very friendly and I am happy for them to be brushed if house sitter would like. The cats will also require dinner and breakfast too.

Beyond a long, private driveway my property offers modern comfort and space with beautiful country, panoramic city and bay views is only an easy commute of 10 minute drive to Sunbury, 30 minutes to Tullamarine airport and 40 minutes to Melbourne.

The Mt Gambier Limestone home has an open plan living/meals, separate dining room and entertainer's kitchen with electric oven and plenty of bench space. Large picture windows throughout the living spaces take full advantage of the city and beautiful country views. A master with WIR and ensuite, 3 more bedrooms and a study/5th bedroom - all finished with a timeless colour scheme and high quality fittings. Central bathroom and separate powder room, laundry, 2 split systems. Property only has tank water.

Double garage, lock up 12 x 8m shed with power and concrete floor, paved alfresco area and a cubby house for the children.
