I have a 3 bedroom + study home with small garden in the southern suburbs of Adelaide with lovely views over the estuary, hills and out to sea. I have two pets, a cat and Maltese Terrier dog who are both very affectionate and need someone to care for them. The garden will need to be watered and general care of the home is appreciated. The person I need must be female and single and feel comfortable with another person living in the house. I have a young refugee woman living with me, who is waiting for a permanent residents visa. She is from Sri Lanka, has been in Adelaide for 6 years and with me for 4 years. She is totally independent, cooks for herself, works 5 days a week including weekends, is a beautiful young woman and loves the animals. I require however, someone who works from home or has retired who can spend some time during the day with looking after the house and keeping my little dog company. There is plenty to do in the area, with walking tracks, the beach, visiting wineries nearby or just relaxing in a quiet environment. I am 1.1. km from a large shopping mall, recreation centre, movie theatre and live theatre. There is a good rail service into Adelaide.
