Requirements
We have an old two story house (built in 1856) in a small village in the Hunter Valley. We have a good sized backyard with three small spoilt dogs (2 mini dachshunds and a chihuahua/mini foxy). We have two cats and 13 chickens. We are a 40 minute drive from the vineyards and about 35 minutes from Newcastle and beaches.
