Apologies for the short notice.

We have two small, affectionate dogs (a miniature long-haired dachshund and a toy poodle/maltese cross), low maintenance fish in a tank and home that needs minding. The house is located approx. 250metres from Long Beach on the north shore of Batemans Bay. Long Beach is 10km out of Batemans Bay and is a quiet area 'off the beaten track'. The house is located on the high side of the street and looks out to spotted gums and views of the bay and out to Mt Guluga (behind Tilba) in the far distance to the south. Our front deck is a great spot for bird feeding and/or watching the sun go down.

The house is located on a steep block and is built over three levels so house sitters need to be active, mobile people.

Our dogs aren't keen on small children so we'd prefer a mature single person or couple.

On-road caravan parking on a flat surface is available in front of our next door neighbour's (mostly unoccupied) holiday house. You couldn't park a van on our block - it's way too steep.
