Our brick home is on 5 acres. All electric kitchen. Heating is by stove type fireplace. Easy to light and plenty of cut wood available. The house sitter would need a car. We have undercover parking. 10 minutes from the surf beaches, 20 minutes from Geelong. Great eateries, cafes, wineries, walks on the cycle track or bay/ocean beaches.
