My house is a modernised cottage in an elevated position just a short walk to shops, cafes and public transport in Paddington Brisbane. The location is particularly handy to Given Terrace and Latrobe Terrace.

It has an effective heating and cooling system and is very comfortable.

I have two West Highland Terriers, one is 14 years old the other is 12. They are friendly happy dogs and well behaved.

They are indoor during the day when I am at home but sleep in their little house outdoors at other times and at night.

The younger dog is a diabetic and has always been easy to manage ( he does not know he has this problem!), he has food and insulin morning and night. He is a happy firendly little dog and eats like a champion!! I have a varied work life doing shift work and find he has no trouble when I vary the times by sometimes up to several hours.

The dogs are well behaved and rise early if I do but also sleep in until late if I need to.

The cottage is low maintenance and has a paved courtyard at the back with a few pot plants that will require some watering but not too much in early April. There is a small balcony at the front with a few pot plants also. There is no other garden care required.

I look forward to meeting a reliable person who it would mutually suit to help me out during these dates.
