We are looking for non-smoker(s) to house sit in the pretty and quiet rural locality of Tewkesbury, Tasmania yet only half an hour from the city and beaches of Burnie and an hour from the beautiful Cradle Mountain.

The numerous chickens with auto-doors to their coops only need their feeders and drinkers topped up every second day and eggs collected daily.

Our two affectionate Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs Ben & Abby love to be taken for a run in nearby bush but also happy to stay home in the half acre yard and in the house.

The brick house has a wood heater (and possibly a heat-pump by winter!), big picture windows to appreciate the rural outlook with a Queen bedroom and a King-Single. There's also a double recliner lounge and space could be made in the lounge for an air bed if more wished to stay. There's also plenty of space for a caravan.

Any week during winter will suit.
