We have a large house 200m to the beach and across the road from a park. We also have 2 dogs that need feeding and walking, but with the beach so close, walking them is a stroll along the beach.

The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a study, separate formal lounge and separate play area.

The is a double garage with room at the back for a caravan locked behind a gate.

It is a short stroll to the beach, opposite seal and penguin island which is popular for swimming with dolphins. There are a number of kayaks which you are welcome to use which is a must do. You are also welcome to use the bikes, and a neighbour mows the lawn.

There is also an above ground pool in the back yard which you can use.

The dogs are large dogs, and are fine off the leash at the beach, but being bigger dogs we would want someone who is conformable with larger dogs.

Would be great to have someone look after the dogs and enjoy our house rather than lock the dogs up in a kennel.
