I have 2 desexed female tortoiseshell cats that will need looking after, only one comes indoors. They are very friendly and do not leave the property. The house is a modern 3 bedroom detached brick residence with some antique furniture, a 60inch tv with Foxtel and the garden is very low maintenance. It is about 8 km from the city of Adelaide and 8km from the beach. I am an avid book reader and there is a library of books on varying subjects, mainly the arts, architecture, archaeology, travel, etc. My Subaru 4wd vehicle would also be available to use. Adelaide has been voted as one of the 5 most livable cities in the world in each of the last 5 years. It has Mediterranean summers and mild winters and the countryside is within about 6km of the cbd.
