We are looking for an active house sitter to care for our 2 energetic border collies in our comfortable family home. We are located 5 minutes walk from the Murray River and are spoilt with many nearby walks along the river and wetlands.

We are a 5 min drive or 30 min walk into central Albury, which has many shops, restaurants, clubs and a cinema. There is also a local bus service which stops at the end of the street. There is a corner shop and takeaway 5 mins walk away. Lake Hume is a 20 min drive away and there are many wine regions nearby.

Our home is fully air-conditioned in all rooms with additional fans in the bedrooms. In the evenings, we love to sit on the front verandah watching the sun set.

The main requirement would be to feed and walk our dogs daily. Our backyard is a "work in progress", so would only require occasional watering of veggie garden if temperatures are high.

At this stage we will be away until 29th December, but have an option to extend until 1st or 2nd January if that was possible for a house sitter.
