ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR OUTSIDE THE HOME

We have a modern 5 bedroom home. 2 levels. 2 kitchens. 2 bathrooms both with baths. Master with shower and toilet. In ground pool.

House sitter will need to look after 1 four year old golden retriever, 3 budgies and 2 guinea pigs.

All very self sufficient, but will need food and fresh water each day. We would like our dog to be walked every day - morning or night. Dog park is a short walk to the end of the street.

Watering pot plants and small front lawn. Literally 5 minutes work.

We need a sitter who we can TRUST to take care of our home and our pets.

We need a sitter who will leave our home clean and tidy.

Need quiet as our neighbours have small children.

Quiet street (no through road).

Close to Chevron Island.

Close to beach.

Close to Benowa supermarkets.

Close to Southport Golf.

Close to Royal Pines.
