Care for three adult cats in a small apartment.
Daily feeding, watering and monitoring of litter, ensuring all cats are confined indoors at night.
Apartment has unrestricted on-site parking, is a close walk to shops, public transport and located near Iron Cove for picturesque walks.
A small one bedroom sized studio style apartment with separate kitchen and generous bathroom with bath.
Air conditioner unit installed, open plan with cross breezes from large windows, protected with fly screens. Older style apartment building in a lovely location.
Cats have free range of entire apartment, are trained to not be on food preparation and consumption areas.
